Product: HP Officejet 3831
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have problems with printing with my new HP Officejet 3831. After starting the print process 2 pages of paper are transported from the backside paper storage through the printer to the front side output tray. After that some creaking noises occur and after that the error message, that the paper storage ist empty, although it is plenty full of paper. Even after several hours I didn't succeed in printing any page of paper up to now!
