I have a deskjet 2724, trying to print from windows, iphone or the app, I get paper size mismatch E1 and the paper go out. The paper is the correct size, letter under all apps. I reset the printer and recheck the size,everything ok. What other things I check?

All the document said I already done with no solution, that the reason I post here. The other thing, the printer is making a noise after begin printing and spit out the paper with the error I mention. I check the roller for pieces of paper and is clean.
