Product: Color Laserjet Pro MFP M479fdn

Color Laserjet Pro MFP M479fdn has 13.09.14 rear door paper jam error, but sometimes also has 13.08.14 error too. The printer has been disassembled to check for a jam. No paper was found. The rear door was removed to check for jam, but there are no sensors on the rear door. The fuser assembly has been disassembled and no paper was found. The flags for the sensors move properly. Disconnected all 6 sensors from the DC controller, still has error. Replaced the DC controller, still has error. Replaced both sensors on the fuser assembly SR2 and SR3 (with 3 white and 3 purple wires), still has 13.09.14 and 13.08.14 errors.
