I’m trying to print photos on my HP Envy 7155 - but the print quality is horrible. All smudged and unclear.
the cartridges, photo paper are all genuine HP.
Drivers are up to date as well. How do I fix this?

Hi @P5476

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the print quality issue.

To better assist you -

1) Does the copy works?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?

3) Have you tried a different paper type?

4) Are you using the photo paper meant for inkjet or laserjet printers?

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -

  1. On the control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setupicon.

  2. Swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.
