When I print an 8 x 10 picture it prints the top half of picture on one page then the bottom half on 2nd page. Is my printer settings wrong?

@Chris50550, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you have issues with printing photos. To assist you better,

  • What size of photo paper are you using?
  • Which app are you using to print photos?
  • Have you tried printing any other picture and check if that prints fine?

Check if the photo paper is loaded correctly. Adjust the paper width guides.

For assistance with printing photos, refer to - Print photos with an HP printer

Use the HP Smart app to print.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
