Product: HP OfficeJet 5745 e-All-in-One Printer

My printer says "Photo Tray Problem "  "The photo tray is blocked.  Please adjust the tray and try again"

I am not (and never have) printing photos. Just trying to printbon regular copy paper.  I have tried the troubleshooting steps I found online.  Removing tray(s), unplugging printer, etc. Still getting same error message.
