Photosmart 5520 will not print black. New cartridges inserted, printhead cleaned, aligned, etc.

Cannot get printer to print in black.  Replaced black cartridge twice with new cartridges.  Print Quality Diagnostics and Alignment results show no black printing.  Printer worked fine with no issues, just stopped printing black.
