I just replaced all the ink on my Photosmart 7520 Printer. Yes, I used genuine HP ink.
I have an error message: Printer Failure There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If the problem persists, contact HP.
Would LOVE to contact via phone help from HP but all the phone numbers that I have direct me to the forum only.
I have done all troubleshooting from the other blogs. Turned off then on, hard reset, removed and replaced ink, cleaned ink cartridges, cleaned ink 'bucket' with no resolution.
Could someone please help me? Thank you.

Hello,
I would start with the troubleshooting doc for this issue, it looks like you have covered step one well. SO I would read that step over and then start at step 2!
Please let us know if that resolves your issue or if you need further assistance.
Thanks,
Clayton

Please check the following document which might help you exactly how to resolve this issue with this printer:
HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads
Please do the steps in the same sequence even if you have performed some of them as per the suggestions in the other blogs...

Hello,
I'd suggest you to do the following...
- Remove all the cartriges from the printer.
- unplug the power cord from back of the printer while it is ON.
- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Meanwhile clean the copper contact ( chip ) on each of the cartridges using a lint free cloth.
- Plug in power cord to the printer, if it does not power on automatically then press the ON button to do so.
- Install the ink cartridges one by one when prompted.
- Lift the printhead Lever and push it down for 3 times. Ensure the printhead lever is pushed down and then close the cartridge door.
- If error still shows up, then its time to get the printhead replaced. Hence you may have to contact HP Tech Support . Use the below URL to contact HP Tech Support.
