When I plug the printer into the outlet, it turns on for a couple seconds and then turns off. The power module stays on until the printer turns off. The screen looks like it's loading. There's a blue light coming from the copy part and then it flashes red when it shuts off.
I've unplugged it and waited before plugging it in again. I've tried plugging it in to other outlets. It still shuts off.
I don't believe it's the power module because it stays on until the printer shuts off. I've even plugged it in without connecting it to the printer to see if works and it stays on.
I really don't want to have to buy a new printer. Any help is appreciated.
