New HP Cartridges, black & tri-color.  Keep getting "print cartridge problem" At least one of the cartridges has a problem.

I followed the HP step by step instructions and nothing works,  still getting same error and cannot print anything.  Normally I install new cartridges, follow the alignment procedure and everything works perfect.   Puzzled....can't figure it out.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting ink cartridge error after replacing the cartridges.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

  • Have you checked with the old cartridges whether you are getting the same error?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
