Photosmart C6180 not printing black properly

My HP Photosmart C6180 isnt printing black properly. I just made it print again after it hada problem with the ink :oxs18a0106. when I ran a selftest 2 times the black came out faded and with streaks however the colours came out fine . Any ideas on how to fix this as i need to use black ink more then colour ink

Contact HP:
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click on: HP contact options - click on Get phone number
Case number and phone number appear​

Thanks a lot for the help I really appreciate it.I have cleaned the cartridges but canno't confirm that it's working again as it is not the best time for me to print right now.I will get back tomorrow at around 8am GMT see you then!

Oh I forgot to mention there is no error message on the printer screen but when I print it comes out grey with white streaks .if I could send a picture attached to this message I would show you how weird the black came out.

I tried to do a self test to see if it works but the black still comes out grey with many white streaks.The bottom of any text on the self test is fine but the rest is faded.

Thanks for trying the steps. At this point you are looking at needing the printer serviced as I mentioned. You can call phone support to see about what your next options are with HP, such as replacing the printer or trading it in. Either way, they can help guide you in the right direction!:)

Hey!

Thanks for all yur help I will call them asap . By the way do you know how to print photos on the photo card on the printer without needing a memory card.It doesnt recognise mine and i have my picture on my laptop .I printed it from my laptop but it came out on the normal paper .

I can't get the printer replaced right now as I am in a tight budget
