Product: HP DESKJET 2600

I have HP Deskjet 2600 printer. The power button does not come on but other light buttons(cancel, paper, Wifi and info) come on. After about 10 seconds all the button lights go off. I cannot print with the printer as it doesn't work. Prior to this time, the printer has been working fine. The issue started today just few hours after I printed a 4-paged document on the printer.

the ink cartridges do not move when the access drawer is opened - they remain all the way to the left.

I have gone through the troubleshooting advice already, such as the power drain for 30 seconds but nothing is working. Please assist. Thanks.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Printer Does Not Turn On and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
