wondering if there's a "power clean" utility for this printer. doing a regular printhead cleaning is not clearing my cyan and yellow up good. the test patch coming through very choppy. i need to do a power clean and not seeing that in the utility i have loaded. is there a utility that will power clean or are there any suggestions on how to get the cyan and yellow printing right. The magenta and the orange patches printing nice and clean. please advise. thanks!

There is no power clean for this printer. You can eventually print something yellow page hoping that will start to print yellow again. Don't force printing and cleaning, leave it overnight to rest, if you force your printhead will totally fail. Currently, your printhead is starting to fail by not printing yellow.

The yellow is printing better than the cyan. Wondering if i should pull the print cartidges and swab where the ink holder sits with some alcohol. Most all my inkjet printers have a power clean function that usually does the job on light clogs. I've run several cleanings but it's not clearing it up yet.
