HP 6950

Keep getting error code  OXB8519CA6.  Done all the normal turning off and on etc.  Resolves for about 10 minutes then code returns. 

Only information I can find is - "you need a new printer"  which is not very helpful.  Printer is about 3 years old. 

If any one can help that would be great
