I have a cartridge Jam error on my HP Officejet printer. The message says to open the print cartridge assess door and clear the jam and then toouch OK to continue. My print cartridge appears to be stuck in the right corner in the docking station. I did the virtual online help, which gave me a tutorial of about 6 things to do, but nothing seemed to help. When it first occured, I was printing and I canceled my print job. No paper jammed but the printer gave me the cartridge jam error. I have looked all through the printer for paper, I shut the printer off for over a minute and turn back on and it didn't work. I did a printer reset and it did not work. As the printer turns on, it makes a squeaky noice. I am operating on a wireless connection too. Any suggestions so I do not have to go purchase a new printer?

Thank you for joining HP Forums.
It's a pleasure assisting you in finding answers to your technical queries.
Try to move the carriage manually,
Then, I suggest you do a Hard Reset
(1) Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
(2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
(3) With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
(4) Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
(5) Wait at least 60 seconds.
(6) Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
(7) Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
(8) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Try to print, If the issue persists this could be a hardware issue with the printer.
