Hi @Hazel_N_42,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Restore original factory defaults and settings:

This topic describes how to restore the original factory defaults and settings.

● If you have made changes to the printer or network settings, you can restore the printer to the original factory settings or network settings.

● If more than 2 hours have passed since you first turned on the printer and you have not set up the printer wirelessly, place the printer in Wi-Fi setup mode by restoring the printer network settings. The setup mode will last for 2 hours.

● You can also troubleshoot network connection issues by restoring the printer network settings.

● If you restore the printer network settings, you will need to reconnect the printer to the network using the HP Smart app. See Connect your printer to a Wi-Fi network using HP Smart

Hi Elohi_NR ,

Thank you for helping me.

I have done the restore factory settings & printer network settings & followed that with the WiFi set up through the HP Smart app and I'm getting error EBS00P0004 and can't finish setup.

The Wifi light is on  & I'm able to scan a document & save it to my PC.

I'm still unable to print a document (pdf) from my pc. HP Smart recognises the file but original error code appears.

Printer is Asleep shows in HP Smart app.

Well I find it difficult to understand that you would have to private message me just to tell me to phone certain numbers for further 'HP Support'.  The fact that reverse check on either numbers provided shows no details at all means I put you now on the SCAM- BEWARE list.

Hi @Hazel_N_42,

We are sorry the phone support did not work. This seems to be a hardware issue. Hence we recommended contacting phone support.

I request you contact the nearest service center for further assistance. Thanks
