The printer hasn't been used for a month. When trying to start I get this error message:
"There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP" I have cycled the printer several times with the power switch and with the web tool restart option.
The ink status shows ink in all cartridges -- about 25% in magenta, cyan, yellow; 75% in black.
Any suggestions? The printer is out of warranty.
