HP DESKJET PLUS 4100
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP deskjet 4100 and its not printing, i ran a diagnostic and it simply says "print queue issue not fixed" theres nothing in the queue, and when i attempt to get something to print it doesn't show up. I ran the windows printer diagnostic thru windows settings aswell and it got stuck and i had to force close. I've had some issues with this printer in the past so ive uninstalled the software and drivers several times (not yet regarding this issue) and its a pain so i consider that a last resort.

Has anyone else had this issue? I'm stuck at this point.

You might want to try manually deleting all files in the print queue directory.

The steps vary depending on the OS you are running, (version of Windows).

Try searching the internet for the steps, many people have documented them.
