Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Is there a way to repair whatever this Print Spooler is? I have been unable to add a printer let alone print anything for several weeks now. Thought maybe the printer was bad so I bought a new one. But now the driver for said printer won't install. No matter how many times I remove and restart it won't install and the printer just says "Driver Unavailable". Is that the Print Spooler's fault?
