Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is printing slightly offset to the right, documents and photos. I have done the following: Ran PRINTER ALIGNMENT, ran HP PRINT AND SCAN DOCTOR, verified that the paper guides are centered and snug against the paper, verified that my margins are correct on my documents, ran a FACTORY RESET, uninstalled and reinstalled the software, ran several prints to verify problem is re-occurring. No error messages came up. Any help or direction would be appreciated.

As you have already tried the troubleshooting steps, this could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
