Hi @Brian291,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

There are several reasons why you might be getting the "Print canceled. Print job has been canceled" error message when you try to print from Microsoft programs using your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP. Here are a few things you can try to resolve the issue.

  • Check your printer connection: Make sure your printer is properly connected to your computer and turned on. If it's connected via USB, make sure the cable is securely plugged in. If it's connected wirelessly, make sure the printer and your computer are connected to the same network.
  • Update printer drivers: Make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. You can download the latest drivers from the HP website.
  • Check print spooler service: Ensure that the Print Spooler service is running on your computer. You can check this by typing "services.msc" in the Windows search bar, then finding the Print Spooler service and ensuring that it's running.
  • Clear print queue: If there are any pending print jobs in the print queue, clear them out and try printing again.
  • Check printer settings: Ensure that the correct printer is selected in the Microsoft program you're trying to print from. You can also check the printer settings to make sure they're configured correctly.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
