Hi @RalphREBroker,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
On the HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e, the cancel button might not be immediately visible on the control panel. Instead, it may be a virtual button displayed on the touchscreen interface. To cancel a print job, follow these steps.
- Locate the Touchscreen: Look at the printer's touchscreen display.
- Find the Job Queue or Current Job: You should see an icon or menu option that indicates the current print job or print queue. This might be under a menu such as "Printing" or "Jobs."
- Cancel the Job: Once you've found the current job, there should be an option to cancel it. Look for a button or an icon resembling a trash can, a stop sign, or a red X.
If you're still unable to locate the cancel button, refer to the user manual specific to your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e, as it will have detailed instructions on the interface and how to manage print jobs. You can also access the printer settings and control through the HP Smart app or HP printer software on your computer, where you can manage and cancel print jobs.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
