Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One PC 27-d0000i (7RC38AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
All of sudden print jobs stopped going to the printer, error message 0X800401f3, an unexpected configuration problem.
Also received from operating system when trying to print a test page; Operation could not be completed (error 0x000003E3) I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request.
The printer has been uninstalled and reinstalled countless times, Geek Squad was out to the house and I brough the computer into the Geek Squad regarding the operating system to no avail. Any suggestions?
