Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
Did you recently replace an ink cartridge in the printer?
Kindly perform steps 2 and 3 from this document.
Align the printer
Use an automated tool to align the ink cartridges.

On the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup
icon.

Swipe up on the display, and then touch Printer Maintenance.

Touch Align Cartridges and then touch Continue.
The printer prints an alignment page.
