HI

I have an HP Printer model 3UC58D and i really like it and have just bought all new ink cartridges for it.

Now it is showing this error message, now I have turned it on and off.

Removed ink cartriges and put back in.

Any other tricks you can tell me about, otherwise it's for the bin and my $160 worth of ink too!!

Thanks - Linda Todd

If you are encountering error codes 62, 80, and 13 on your HP printer, specifically related to the print head, it typically indicates a problem with the print head or the printer's ink system. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on. This can help reset the printer and clear any temporary errors.

Check the Print Head: Open the printer cover and check the print head assembly. Ensure that it is properly installed and securely in place. Remove the print head if possible and check for any clogs, debris, or damage. Clean the print head using a soft, lint-free cloth and some distilled water if necessary.

John
