Product: HP Photosmart 7525 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is giving the following error message "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP. I have cleaned the printer head and still does not print

I cleaned the print head again following an HP recommendations.

I followed one of the YouTube videos first and just washing was not enough.

The HP Support showed how to manually wipe/clean contacts as well that fixed the problem.
