Help! My Office Jet 8620 printer is showing a cartridge error even though it has genuine brand new HP cartridges. And now the printhead is stuck on the right side. I've tried everything to make it move, but it's stuck. I have no idea what happened. It was moving just fine. It started with an error with one of the cartridges. And then this afternoon, 3 of the 4 are giving off errors. This evening, the printhead won't move. I tried to do a factory reset, but the cartridge error won't let me do anything else.

 

Hopefully, someone can help.
