You read all of the posts above and have to marvel that HP can consider the issue resolved!!

come on HP, please get your act together and properly address this issue or offer refunds to all customers who have purchased an Air printer which no longer works.

I have both iPads and iPhones with both IOS 11 and
IOS 10.3 and all work perfect now with HP with AirPrint after I limited to ipv4
I give a **bleep** if it was HP or people in this Forum who came up with this work around!
The whole essence must be that we found a solution!
If HP can present a long term new Driver, even better....

Is anyone still experiencing this issue with the latest version of iOS (11.2)?

While I may work for HP Inc, the views and opinions expressed here are my own.

I have just installed the latest version of iOS 11. It has made absolutely no difference to the size of printed images - they remain very small.

HP are totally failing their customers and should be ashamed. Their failure to address this problem has changed my perception of the company and my future buying intentions.

I have the same infuriating problem. My solution will be to “scrap” my HP 8600 printer and purchase a Canon, Brother, Epson, etc. that will work.

Totally over HP with their “work around” solutions.

have been an HP customer for years, but, NO LONGER

HP is no longer my preferred choice of printer if they cannot get this issue fixed!

I will be purchasing a new printer TOMORROW and it will definitely NOT be an HP

I agree with you completely. I have never seen such callousness towards users by anyone.
However have you tried changing the settings to IPV4 as mentioned on my previous post before discarding this printer. U may still be able to use it for somethings.

Well, just received an automated message from HP following my last post.

One grammatical error and one spelling error.

What are we dealing with?

I've just tested with iOS 11.2 on an iPhone. Notes and Pages apps both seem to be printing correctly, but Safari is still printing at 3x5. I have set the printer to IPv4 only. See the iOS Print Centre screen captures, print jobs from Safari, Notes and Pages respectively.

I would try this if I knew how.

I need to admit that I am in my 70th year and now not totally tech savvy.

(Used to think I was BOA - Before Old Age).

Can you give me instructions to follow?
