Hi @champ717

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Are you not getting the print option or does the print job not go to the queue?

Keep me posted.

When I attempt to print a document in Word Office 16, there is a loading sequence at the bottom of the screen indicating sent. But, the document does not show up in the HP Officejet J3680 and there is not printed document produced.  The queue never shows that there are any documents in the queue.  However a test page will print when I am in the Officejet series toolbox.  The HP panel also states that the printer is in a "ready" condition.  I have already restarted the Microsoft "Printer spooler" several times.  I have disconnected the printer power source and reconnected after 60 seconds several times.

Are you abe to print from a browser (i.e google chrome or internet explorer or edge)?

Have you tried other applications apart from the word?
