I just purhcased the OfficeJet Pro 8715 from Costco March 2019. I had no issues with the previous model, OfficeJet Pro 8625 but this model has some issues with print margins. I need to print a workplace document that I update yearly. The top and bottom margins are 0.5 and the footer is 0.3. When printing in duplex, the 8715 will not print the footer and it cuts off part of the text at the top of the page. When printing single sided, the entire page prints including the footer. I've printed this document in duplex numerous times on the Office Jet Pro 8625 until the printhead wore out, which forced me to buy the 8715. I can print the doucment single sided on the 8715, but it will not print in duplex with out cutting off the text. I returned the 8715 to Costco thinking that something unusual was wrong with the printer and purhcased another one today. The same thing is happening. Is this fixable? I cannot alter the margins on this workplace document.

@Timetoread
Let's try to do a root uninstall and reinstall of the software:
Unplug any USB cable, if any, before doing this.
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose 'Delete' or 'Remove Device'
6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
13.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo
14.) Type c:/programdata and click Ok. Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
15.) Restart the computer.
Once done, please download and install the software from here:

Thank you for posting the step-by-step instructions for removing the old driver before installing the new. Eventually I figurued out that the 8715 printer was using the drivers installed previously with the earlier model. I went to the website and downloaded and installed the drivers for this printer but I didn't remove the old drivers. Given your directions, I can repeat the process and have a clean install. Thank you very much.
