Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Tried to print from an online course that I paid for.  Tried to print specific page (30).  message came up can't print that high, could only go to 9.  Finally got to print button, but page never printed.  I tried several times, tried a different page.  Finally closed lesson.

Tried printing something today, would not print.  Looked in queue, saw that job and the two from several days ago.  Canceled two jobs that were waiting.  Job that supposedly says it is printing still has not and I can't cancel it either.

Turned computer off, then restarted.  Did not help.  Unplugged printer from computer, plugged back in.  Did not help.  Turned power to computer and printer off.  Did not help.

Sent email to company that I purchased the educational material from.  They have not replied.

Try this:

Starting at the desktop screen

1. Click on the Windows icon.

2. Click on the settings icon

3. Click on Devices

4. Select (click on) your printer

5. Click on Manage

6. Click on Run the Troubleshooter

This should both identify the problem and correct it automatically.
