Print jobs get stuck returning an error (it is not, however, specified what kind of error). It does not matter whether I send them directly from an app used to view them or through the "Print document" option in HP Smart app.
I have already tried all the solutions Virtual Agent suggests, including restarting print spooler, reinstalling the drivers, scanning system files for issues (SFC /scannow command in Command Prompt) and nothing has worked so far. Strangely enough, I don't have the same issue on other devices.
My laptop is ASUS VivoBook E406.
Anyone?

Welcome to HP Support Forum. I think you need to remove the queue. For Windows, please try:
- Hold down the Windows key and press R.
- From the Run window, type services.msc and hit enter.
- If the machine asks for Admin you have to accept this,
- Look down to the print spooler service, right click it and select properties
- Click on the Stop button,
- Browse to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\printers or C:\Windows\System\Spool\printers (this may be hidden)
- Delete the job inside this folder
- Reboot the machine
