Product: Laserjet M28W
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I've been using an HP printer with my iMac ios 10.15 for years without problem. Have just bought Laserjet M28W and the printing margin is off. Everything shifts down about a half an inch. I've checked the paper layout and it's correct (A4 paper).

 

Please help.

I've been using an HP inkjet with my iMac OS10.15 without any problem. I have just installed an HP Laserjet M28W, and the margins on the printed and scanned copies are all off. Everything shifts down by about half an inch. I've checked the paper layout and papers etc and everything is correct. I am already using the latest HP driver. I don't think there's any update yet.

 

What should I do? Can anyone help please?
