Hi,
I want to print out 4x6 index cards on a HP Envy 6200.
I set up the printer with the HP Smart App and it works without problems, I can print from Word in regular paper sizes.
On the HP Envy 6200, however, when I click on paper format options in the printing dialogue it tells me I only have the options for Letter and A4.
The Tango gives me a bunch of options (i'm printing from word) and I can print to index cards.
I tried finding drivers online but it only showed me the HP smart app which I already installed.
How can I solve this ?

@MarkHuber, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Let us use the full-feature printer driver to print from your Win PC
Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.
Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
Open the picture you would like to print, click on print, and in the print preview choose the photo tray and the correct paper type and paper size.
For more info on how to print photos, refer to How to Print Photos (Windows)
To know how to load the photo papers in the printer, refer to Loading Paper, Cards, Envelopes.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
