Hi,
I am unable to print properly using both black or colored ink.
The outcome of my print is always blurry/doubled when I print from Adobe Acrobat as pdf or MS Word doc etc.
Even the print out from HP Print & Scan Doctor 5.0.4 is blurry/doubled.
Interestingly, when I print 'Orint Quality Diagnostic' page from HP Deskjet software itself then the text is not blurry/doubled but print correct, though in the results lines are crooked/doubled.
Please find the images attached.
I have tried more or less everything mentioned online, like installing/uninstalling drivers, hard-reset, cleaning & alignment(multiple times).
Please help me in this regard.

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,
Flower_Bud is at your service.
As I understand, you're facing a print quality issue,
No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:
When was the last time it worked fine?
Were there any hardware/software changes made?
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
How is the copy quality?
Does this happen while printing from Adobe Acrobat, MS Word or other applications too?
If the copy quality is good, I would suggest you try these steps:
Root level uninstall and reinstall printer drivers:
- Go to Control panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP DeskJet printer entries and uninstall them.
- Now go to Control panel – Devices and printer – Select all the printer entries and remove the device.
- Then press the "windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window open - Type "printui.exe /s" and press enter.
- Under print server properties, go to drivers - remove any entry there as well.
- Again, go to run window, type – “c:/programdata” – Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
To reinstall, click here.
Keep me posted,
Cheers!
