Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

Hi HP Community,

 

My remote work colleague's paper roller for his HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer came out of a print job in many pieces, and therefore his printer is currently not functioning.

 

Please could anyone help advise where you would recommend we can purchase a replacement for this paper roller part online, what part number we should look for, and if it's possible to install it ourselves?
