I have searched high and low on the internet and to no avail. I have searched this forum and same outcome. Every possible attempt to rectify the issues comes with a BIG L! So, both my attention light and power light are blinking and nothing is working to fix this so i can then connect it to my internet to print. I have tried unplugging and plugging back in, I have tried holding the attention button down and powering off then unplugging and plugging back in. I get nothing. And no help from HP.

Hi @TheGoodHair
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
When both the Attention light and Power light are blinking on an HP LaserJet Pro M15w printer, it typically indicates a hardware or firmware issue. Here are steps you can try to resolve the problem:
Check for Paper Jams:
- Make sure there are no paper jams in the printer. Open all doors and check for any stuck paper.
Reset the Printer:
- Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for about 60 seconds.
- Plug the printer back in, turn it on, and check if the lights are still blinking.
Update Firmware:
- Visit the HP support website and check for any firmware updates for your printer model. If available, download and install the latest firmware.
Check Toner Cartridge:
- Ensure that the toner cartridge is properly installed. If it's low or empty, replace it with a new one.
Perform a Cold Reset:
- Turn off the printer.
- Press and hold the Resume button (located on the front panel).
- While holding the button, turn on the printer.
- Continue to hold the button until all three lights (Attention, Ready, and Go) are lit solid.
- Release the button, and the printer should perform a cold reset.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.-
