Updated the printer. Bluetooth Smart is On.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

 

Install the HP Print Service Plugin to enable printing from your Android device to your HP printer over a wireless network. 
The HP Print Service Plugin is compatible with Android OS 4.3 and later. Go to Printing from Android Smartphones or Tablets for more information.

Printer must have wifi, On! Wifi Direct must install HP Print Service Plugin app. 

Printer box and website product specification stated got Bluetooth. Even HP Live Chat said, "Got Bluetooth support."

But called HP Technical Support said, the printer no support Bluetooth, cannot print.

HP deceived consumers. Regret bought this product, not perfectly complete, always something missing!
