"Printer Cannot Print"

Account updated, printer turned off and on, wifi turned off and on.  I held the on button for 15 seconds.  I attempted log into the admin account but couldn't find the admin password.  It's connected to wifi.  I'm trying to print Christmas letters.  Ink is fine.  I ran diagnostics from hp smart and it said everything was fine.  I ran diagnostics from the downloaded fixit program and it asked to do a rest but I couldn't find the password.  I followed the instructions to find the password but they didn't work.  I tried calling HP but they said the service is unavailable.  I tried the chatbot but it didn't recognize the error message.  I tried to call and find a person but instead I got a text message to get on a list but when i followed the link and gave my serial number it said the service is offline.  I've been working on this for 5 hours.
