I am soo annoyed with HP right now. I have a HP LaserJet MFP M140w printer that I bought about a year ago, that suddenly I cannot print anymore. The HP Smart app is terrible, it says nothing but "Printer Cannot Print". Thats it, completely unhelpful message.
I did all the diagnostics found in the app, no issues are ever found. I even downloaded some other HP app that troubleshoots printer issues, that too comes back with nothing found.
I can print the test sheet, so the printer itself seems to work fine. But I cannot print anything else, they just sit in the print queue, and the HP Smart app only shows "Printer Cannot Print".
I spent a week trying to get HP Support, but I can't even do that. No phone number, no place to book a ticket. They won't even recognize my Serial Number when I fill out the forms.
Anyone have any recommendations on how to get printing again please?

For anyone else reading this, this is how I fixed this issue.
1. Did a factory reset on the printer.
2. Unplugged it for the night.
3. Meanwhile, completely uninstalled all HP software from my PC, removed all printers, printer drivers, HP Smart app, everything.
4. Rebooted PC.
5. Downloaded HP Smart from Windows store, turned on the printer and set it up from scratch again as a new printer.
That worked. Once everything was reconfigured again, was able to print.
