HP Officejet 7612
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Officejet 7612 has no jams, all cartridges are in the slots. I've received this error message and I can't get my printer to work. The print carriage cannot move. I've followed the instructions but can't get the printer to work. Thanks.

@morales91506, @BUNNIESMITH Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Carriage jam or E3 error

Also, check for any loose objects or obstructions inside the printer, you may refer to - A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays on the HP Officejet 7610 Wide Format e-All-in-One Printer Series

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
