OfficeJet 4655

I've tried to follow all of the troubleshooting steps I could find online, exactly as described, to no avail.

My OfficeJet 4655 won't print - it displays an error message that says "remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed. If this message continues to appear, replace the indicated ink cartridge." I followed the advice online re: cleaning. I removed the cartridges, cleaned with distilled water per online directions, unplugged, then plugged back in and powered on the printer. I've tried to update the firmware in case that was in issue, but the queue listed it as up-to-date.

Is there anything else I can try?
