HP Envy 5020 Printer

When I try to print I get an error message saying printer door is open when it actually is not open. Strangely I am however able to print an alignment page and printer status report via the HP smart App. If there was a door open then these test documents should also not print but they do. I have followed the suggested fix pull the power lead, unplug from wall and reverse process after 60 secs but this does not solve the problem. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Yes it was the driver, once I deleted it and reloaded the driver it all worked fine. Thanks very much for your help on this.
