This is a "general printer error" which could be anything other than what is "known"

| E0 | Unusable_cartridge |
| E1 | Paper_size_mismatch_error |
| E2 | Sensor/Paper_length_mismatch_error |
| E3 | Ink_carriage_stall |
| E4 | Paper_jam |
| E5 | Scanner_failure |
| E6 | General_printer_error |
| E9 | Update_error |
See if you can access the embedded web page (EWP) and get a better error message
If you do a factory reset, you will have to re-configure the network before that embedded web page can be seen. Try to see the EWP first.
