Getting the "There is a problem with the printer or ink system.  Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP.  0x61011bed"

I'd be happy to help you! 

 

I understand that you are having issues with the error "There is a problem with the printer or ink system."

 

This looks like a hardware issue. 

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, I recommend you contact phone support. 

 

Also, try updating the firmware. Click here
