Hi @charliinaz,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error code "620192F4" on an HP Inkjet printer, such as the HP OfficeJet Pro 9010, often indicates a hardware or firmware issue. Resetting the printer may help resolve the problem. Here are some steps you can try.
- Power Cycle: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. Power it on and see if the error is resolved.
- Hard Reset: If a power cycle doesn't work, try a hard reset. This involves turning off the printer and unplugging it, then holding the power button down for 15-30 seconds. After releasing the power button, plug the printer back in and turn it on.
- Firmware Update: Make sure your printer has the latest firmware installed. Visit the HP support website, locate your printer model, and check if there are any firmware updates available. If so, follow the instructions to update the firmware.
- Check for Paper Jams: Ensure there are no paper jams inside the printer. Even a small piece of paper stuck in the printer can cause issues.
- Ink Cartridges: Check that the ink cartridges are correctly installed and not empty or expired. Sometimes ink-related issues can trigger errors.
- Clean Printhead: If the error persists, you may need to clean the printhead. Refer to your printer's manual or HP's support documentation for specific instructions on how to clean the printhead.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

I resert according to your instrux. FYI. It was only happening when printing on card stock and I was using OpenOffice writer. The error would happen after 3-5 pages. When I printed the inside of the booklet, double sided, I did not get the error. Thank you.
