Recently my printer facing error of blue screen, and the error code is B86BF9A4 and B86B19A4.

Just now initial it was showed error B86B19A4 after that I pressed power button to make it work, after that error showing again, but second error was B76BF9A4.

I fixed this by pressing the power button, but it cannot press when the error showed, it can be pressed after maybe around half hour the error showed.

Could somebody knows what is this issue? how can it fixed? Thanks

I understand you are getting an error message on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings. If this does not work then it could be a hardware issue. 

 

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

If your printer's status displays "Printer in error state," there may be a problem with the printer itself. Make sure the printer is turned on and connected to your PC by Wi-Fi or cable. Check it for low paper or ink, and be sure the cover isn't open and the paper isn't jammed.
