HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8710. printer and recently it has been showing the black screen with the error message "Printer Error" There is a problem with the printer. Turn the printer Off, then On." When I press the power button to reset, it all starts back up but then shows a blue error screen showing "B8BAFD0E'.  Right after, it switches back to the error message screen above on "Printer Error".

I've tried a hard reset, by unplugging the power cable on the printer for 60 secs, and replugging. I've also taken out all the cartridges and checked for any paper jams. Finally, I tried installing the latest driver for this printer but none seems to work.

Please help!

Uninstalling the printer and reinstalling, then updating drivers solved the issue. Unplugging/plugging and removing cartridges had no effect.
