I was trying to print and received a message that my HP 950XL black ink cartridge was out of ink and needed to be replaced.  I replaced it with an identical cartridge that I had purchased previously.  When I installed the new cartridge and tried to print, I received the following message:  "There is a problem with the printer or Ink system.  Turn printer off, then on.  If problem persists, contact HP."  The printer has been working fine up until now.  The new cartridges were purchased some time ago and the warranty end date on the cartridge is 2020/08.  The ink cartridge package was a package of 2 purchased at BJ's. 

 

Anyway, I am unable to print and would appreciate any input or advice on how to correct this.  Thank you.
