Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer - N911a

After changing my cartridges, and yes I put the correct ones in, my printer is showing the error in the picture attached. Tried resetting it and also taking the carts out and back in. Not sure what to do.unnamed.jpg
